Yes. Whether you are exploring ADHD for the first time or were diagnosed later in life, you don’t need a formal diagnosis to begin therapy. We can explore symptoms, patterns, and experiences together and determine what support makes sense.

I offer virtual therapy throughout New Jersey. I also have limited in-person availability in Maplewood and the surrounding areas (Essex, Morris Counties). Early morning and evening appointments are available to accommodate busy schedules.

Yes. Many couples seek therapy not becaue they’re on the brink of separation, but because something feels off or unsustainable. Coupes therapy can be a proactive space to reconnect, clarify patterns, and strengthen communication before issues escalate.

Yes. I work with LGBTQ+ couples and approach therapy with respect for identity, relationship structure, and lived experience. Therapy is a space to address relationship concerns without needing to explain or justify who you are.

Therapy is offered on a private-pay basis. Session fees and group pricing are shared during the consultation or upon request. I’m happy to discuss options and help you understand what might be the best fit for your needs.

I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance directly. I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider upon request.

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure to cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so, may result in a partial or full session charge.
